Meet us at Upcoming Conferences in Europe!
Last month many of you shared your thoughts on Avadis NGS and the future requirements in the NGS space with us at Bio IT World 2012 at Boston. We have taken your suggestions straight to our developers who are implementing some of them in our next version of Avadis NGS, so watch this space for the next release announcement.
Now we are headed for a cross-country tour of Europe to share some exiting news about our upcoming release and find out more about what you expect from your NGS data analysis tools. Meet us at:
- Copenhagenomics 2012 taking place in Copenhagen, Denmark between 14 and 16 June 2012.
We will be delivering a talk titled "Seeing is Believing!" in the "Solving Challenges in Data Analyses" session on June 15. The talk will describe how visualization in Avadis NGS enable easy understanding of phenomena like SNP differences, structural variants, amplicon coverages, alternative splicing, biological implications etc., including some novel visualization ideas. In addition, you can catch one of us at booth #8 and connect with our experts who are behind the development of Avadis NGS.
- Illumina Scientific Summit, held in Barcelona, Spain between 18-20 June 2012. We look forward to discussing your expectations and NGS data analysis challenges, so please seek out one of us and help us make a difference to the NGS scientific community.
