Juniors...TWO DAYS LEFT!

For the past month, I've been meeting with juniors and parents and building my 2016 SEEN team. This team of kids will work with me throughout their entire senior year. During the course of the year, they'll get the chance to:

• be part of a creative, collaborative, fun and inclusive team
• participate in up to 14 themed and styled photoshoots
• be featured in all of my senior marketing materials and videos
• go on a destination beach photo shoot
• be the main event at a city-wide charity ball
• be entered into national image competitions

Not ALL of the juniors on my team cherish being IN pictures all that often, and that's ok, too! As part of my team, they'll also have opportunities to:

• assist on photo shoots
• learn lighting and photography technique and assist on group photo shoots
• help produce videos of group photo shoots for marketing and social media
• help keep my blog updated and social media images released

My team is currently at 21 kids, which is a great number. I can accept just a few more, and I'd LOVE to get some kids on the team from NORRIS and SOUTHEAST...two schools that currently aren't represented...but our first official session is THIS SUNDAY, April 19th. If you're interested in joining the team, you must contact and meet with me today, tomorrow, or early in the day on Sunday. After that, the team is set and there will be no more opportunities to join. EMAIL ME if you're interested in meeting with me to learn what this amazing new program is all about. Dancers/Athletes...time to fly!

One of my main goals this year is to just GO FOR IT...try things that I've never tried before, push myself professionally and creatively, and basically just meet challenges with a WHY NOT?!?! attitude. That's where the "Flour Dance" pictures came from. I had a team of kids willing to give just about anything a try, I had a location that I thought would work, and I wanted to see if I could do it. The result was one VERY messy barn covered in 40+ pounds of cooking flour, nine happy, exhausted teens who really needed showers, and some absolutely amazing images!

I left the mess that evening because I was too tired to tackle shop-vacuuming the entire barn, and as I drove home, I thought to myself..."If I'm going to offer these sessions to anyone else, I'm going to do it BEFORE I clean up that barn!!" SO, for a very VERY limited time, I'm offering FLOUR dance pictures. If I have a large group from a dance or gymnastics studio, I could possibly offer another date in the next few weeks, but for right now, the sessions are available on:

• Saturday, April 25th
• All day (schedule will be built as individuals and groups contact me)
• Individuals: $500...Includes $100 session fee plus $400 in product credit.
• Groups or schools: pricing arranged on a per-case basis. Call me if you're interested, tell me about your group, and we'll take it from there.

This is NOT just for dance pictures! Any ACTIVE sport with motion and impact is a candidate for FLOUR pictures...dance, gymnastics, cheer and ball sports will all work!

MOTHERS: Generations

I'm putting together some very special sessions for Mother's Day this year. It's time to celebrate all of the moms in our lives, and for that reason I'll be offering special GENERATIONS portraits this year. Specifically designed for a strong lineage of women in your family, these sessions will celebrate 3-5 generations of women in your family in one amazing image. Images coming soon...but in the meantime, google "generation picture frame" to see the general idea!

• Cost: $300 (Includes session fee, collage design, and 16x20 print of the composited image.)
