Adams' Apples

by John Strasberg

Rehearsals for Adams' Apples are in full swing and we're rapidly approaching our opening night! (That's Cheryl Grant & Judy Krause at right. You can see more pictures on the Facebook page.) We have a lot of work to do, but the shape of the piece is there. And we have a talented group of actors who bring an enormous amount of life onstage. Up to this point I've been sitting out in the house, directing the structure, but will soon begin inserting myself into the scenes where I appear. It'll be a mystical experience for me - I haven't appeared on a New York stage since sometime around 1984! - but I see how much fun we're all having and know that we have a fascinating portrayal of life for you all to experience.

I didn't give you the cast list in my last email. Here it is: Virginia Armitage, Wanda Colon, Dennis Davies*, Sean Demers*, Stephen Dym*, Cheryl Grant*, Keith Herron*, Judy Krause*, Audrey Lavine*, Javier Machado, Jerry Marsini*, Bridget Siegel, John Strasberg*, Louis Vuolo*, and James L. Wirt.

I hope you're getting excited and making your reservations so that our first production in a real theater will be a success in every way. See you there.
