WHAT'S IT LIKE FOR LGBT PEOPLE WITH CANCER?

Cancer may not discriminate,

but often the healthcare system does.

                            Speak up.

Let the world know what it was like

when you were diagnosed with cancer.

TAKE OUR BRIEF AND ANONYMOUS SURVEY

                          By clicking here

(It really is brief and anonymous)

And then, please forward this email to everyone you know.

The survey, created with a brilliant colleague from California State University San Bernadino, will be the first study of its kind, gathering real data about the experiences of LGBT people when they were first diagnosed with cancer. The greater the number of people who fill out the survey, the more we will learn. We then promise to publish and widely disseminate the results. Tell the world the truth about LGBT cancer survivors.

Participants can enter a drawing for 1 of ten $50 gift cards.
