South East Bridge News Update
May 2015

Welcome to the latest edition of the South East Bridge enews.

This month, we have highlights from Oxford Youth Arts Partnership Trust and their Kick Arts project, a free downloadable case study on Early Years work carried out in Berkshire - and reports from our Heritage Learning and  Arts Award Development Hub & Adviser Forum programmes from 2013-15.

On tour from the 2nd of June, Turner Contemporary will play host to Generation ART - work created by young artists across a variation of art forms so remember to pay them a visit if you're in the area.

Also approaching is Museums Takeover Day 2015. If you would like to take part this year, book a place at one of the Planning and Sharing Meetings taking place in venues across the South East region shortly.

Thank you for subscribing and see you all next month!

DOWNLOAD | Artswork's Heritage Learning Projects: an evaluation report

Artswork has supported two development programmes in 2014/15. The first saw five projects in 'cold spot' areas, where certain schools had been identified as making little use of the museum resources available to them. A second programme supported a group of smaller projects which enabled small museums to experiment with new approaches to working with artists. It was known as the “Heritage Call”.

Artswork commissioned Emily Leach and Kate Pontin to evaluate six Arts Award Development projects. Their research and results from interviews and surveys has been compiled here.
