ANNUAL BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING

A quick reminder that the Annual Meeting of your Championship POA Board of Directors will be held on Wednesday, March 16, 2022, starting at 2:00 PM.

The meeting will be held at the Gardens Branch of the Palm Beach County Library located at 11303 Campus Drive. This year's meeting is being held there due to the pandemic. The PGA POA Conference Room currently has a maximum allowed attendance of ten people. The library is not as restrictive but does require masks of all attendees.

SAFE COMMUNITIES

The Championship Property Owners Association at its February Meeting voted to withdraw from the agreement with SafeCommunities LLC and not go forward with the April 4th implementation of SafeVendor ID.

LIMITED ACCESS CONTROL

Eagleton is one of three communities within PGA National that has additional limited access control. Once residents, visitors and contractor pass thru the four outer PGA National gates (Northlake Boulevard, PGA Boulevard, Avenue of the Masters, and Tournament Drive) they must pass thru additional gates at Eagleton, Preston, and The Island.

Because of the large number of homes in Eagleton, our gatehouse is clearly the busiest and processes the most visitor - often approaching 600 a day!

Because of that volume we need your help! To keep vehicles from backing up onto Ryder Cup Boulevard, the gate officer must process them through the gate as swiftly as possible. When residents have put their guests on their Guest List or called them into the Automated System they can be processed into the community much more quickly. But when a guest is not on either of these systems, the gate officer must make a phone call to the resident to get their visitor access confirmation. You can imagine how much time this adds to the access verification process. And unfortunately, numerous calls must be made each day.

SO PLEASE - as soon as you know a guest is coming, put them on your guest list at gateaccess.net or call them into the Automated Gate Access System at (561) 694-2783. You will be helping your friends, your neighbors, the gate officers ... and yourself. And very importantly, you'll be helping to keep traffic flowing safely on Ryder Cup Boulevard.      PLEASE!
