Routines to Improve Your Golf Game

Are you sitting around this winter hoping and dreaming that your golf game will suddenly improve when golf season appears in the spring?  Would you like something to do to improve your flexibility and strength while you “sit around hoping and dreaming that your golf game will suddenly improve?

Check out these two routines that target the areas that need to be flexible (ankles, hips, thoracic spine and shoulders) and strong (glutes, core, shoulder blades). I would recommend trying the flexibility routine daily if possible but the strengthening routine every other day. A number of Awbrey Glen golfers have committed to these routines over the winter and are seeing results (see photos below).

If you would like more information on how to do them properly or would like to be assessed to see what you specifically need to be working on to ready yourself for the upcoming season, email Chris at ccooper@taiweb.com.
