Quickly request IT system access for new staff members or authorised contractors

A new form on the AskIT portal allows you to make several requests on behalf of a new staff member or authorised contractor in one go, including:

• IT systems access
• SMS access
• Lync account request
• Liven network port request

An authorised contractor is a contractor who is paid by Massey. A non-standard user access request form should be submitted for a contractor who is not on Massey’s payroll.
