Dear ,

Hello and welcome as a new non UK student to the University of Exeter. Has been so lovely to meet so many of you during Freshers' Week, at the Heathrow Meet and Greet, at the various International Welcome Programme events or sometimes just walking around campus. We really hope you enjoyed the week and found it useful.

We know that you were given a lot of information during Freshers' Week. If you have not seen the International Welcome Programme yet you can find it here.

After Freshers' week many of the presentations in the International Welcome Programme  also be uploaded there so that you can refer to them later. We hope that they will all be there by the end of September.

But the week is not over yet! Don't forget you can sign up to most of the student societies and sports clubs on Saturday at the Activities Fair on Streatham Campus. This runs from 11.00-16.00 and you will find stalls in the Forum, Devonshire House, Great Hall, Northcote Theatre and the Sports Centre. You can sign up for societies at any time throughout the year online through the Students Guild website but this event has a great atmosphere so do go along.

We know that settling in to a new environment doesn't just happen in one week. If you haven't done so already why not request a Global Chums Buddy? Global Chums are returning Exeter students who are available to meet you and answer your questions for the next six weeks. There will also be some social events you can attend.  You can sign up online for both either Global Chums or find us at the Activities Fair at the Global Chums stand to sign up.

Then you came with all your luggage.

But it was great to meet so many of you for the first time.
