PH Kindergarten eNews

Brrrr!  It is getting colder outside. We will see more animals getting ready for hibernation and migrating to warmer areas. Thank you for your help finding pictures of so many animals that hibernate and migrate. Thank you for providing pajamas for foster children in our area. God is so good to provide all our needs. (Phil. 4:19)

Next Week

  • Unit Study - Native Americans
  • Show and Tell - As we begin to study Native Americans, namely the Wampanoags, we will talk about Native culture. One important part of Native American identity lies in the names they are given. Complete the "My Name is Special!" sheet sent home in last Friday's folder so we can learn about the significance of our own names.
  • Bible Verse - “Know that the Lord, He is God; it is He that has made us, and not we ourselves. We are His people, and the sheep of His pasture.” - Psalm 100:3
  • Bible - Stories of Daniel
  • Reading - Plural nouns, weekly readers, and sight words
  • Math - Counting from 1-69, adding on 1 more, 60s number family, and “after” numbers
