PGA POA UPDATE - COMMUNITY ENHANCEMENT

The PGA National Property Owners Association (PGA-POA) will next week be mailing all PGA National homeowners regarding some upcoming enhancements that the PGA-POA Board of Governors has approved. Here is a sneak preview.

Using Capital Improvement Funds that the Board has been putting aside for a number of years - and WITHOUT A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT - the Board is moving forward with plans to modify the ellipse at the intersection of Avenue of the Champions and Fairway Drive.

As the ellipse is a large parcel of land, and because PGA National is known not only as a golf community, but also includes tennis, pickleball, croquet and other sports, the Board looked for a design that was not specific to any one sport.

The decision was made therefore to move forward with "Pallo," a large metal structure by well-known sculpture artist Peter Garaj. The new 20-foot tall piece of art will make PGA National a community that others try to emulate.



Dawn Levinstein, our PGA National Property Manager, and the PGA POA Board of Governors invite homeowners to come into the PGA Office (7100 Fairway Drive, Suite 129) to see a "mini-Pallo" and share your excitement about this new centerpiece to our main entrance. There are still a lot of steps to be completed before construction begins, but all things have a staring point.

REMINDER: Veterans Salute Celebration!

A number of Eagleton homeowners have taken it upon themselves to place American flags at the various community entrances as well as at the main Eagleton entry on Ryder Cup Boulevard. We thank them sincerely for their patriotism and remembrance of our Veterans.

The City of Palm Beach Gardens will "Honor All Who Served" on November 11th at 11 a.m. at their Veterans Salute Celebration! The event will feature music by the 13th Army Band and presentation of colors by the Palm Beach Gardens Police and Fire Honor Guard. This is a complimentary event. Pets are not allowed.
