Eagleton: A Model of Safety Through Strong Partnerships

2025

Eagleton is more than just a gated community — it is one of only three double-gated communities within PGA National, offering an added layer of security that sets us apart. As one of the largest and safest of the 43 neighborhoods, we owe much of this success to our strong partnership with the Palm Beach Gardens Police Department and St. Moritz Security.

St. Moritz Security plays a key role in safeguarding Eagleton through neighborhood patrols and controlled vehicle access at our gates. While golfers and other PGA National visitors may access the community's golf courses, our gates ensure that vehicle entry is carefully managed, allowing only authorized residents, their guests, and service providers. Their close coordination with the Palm Beach Gardens Police Department strengthens this security by ensuring rapid response to concerns, proactive crime prevention, and ongoing communication with the community about safety-related matters.

The Palm Beach Gardens Police Department further enhances our security with routine patrols, traffic monitoring, and enforcement, ensuring that our roads remain safe and that residents are protected. Their close coordination with our security team creates a seamless approach to protecting Eagleton, making it one of the most secure communities within PGA National.

By working together, St. Moritz Security and the Palm Beach Gardens Police Department provide Eagleton residents with peace of mind, reinforcing our reputation as not only one of PGA's largest neighborhoods but also one of its safest.

ALERT: Scam Phone Calls

2025

The following information comes to us from the Palm Beach Gardens Police Department ─

Has someone called you claiming to work at a government agency? Be wary, it could be a scam.

Scammers often call victims pretending to work for government agencies such as the IRS or FDOT. They often demand payment or threaten you with legal action. These scammers will try to:

  • Keep you on the phone for as long as possible
  • Ask for personal information
  • Pose as someone you know or trust

NEVER give your personal information, such as your social security number or bank details, over the phone unless you're sure of the caller's identity. Be wary of callers claiming to be from a government agency or company. If you receive an unsolicited call demanding payment, hang up immediately. Verify the claim with the company directly.

If you receive a suspicious call or a call from an unknown number, let voicemail screen the call. Call back only if you know the number is legitimate.

Traffic Safety in Eagleton: A Shared Responsibility

2025

Speeding within Eagleton is becoming increasingly prevalent, posing risks to pedestrians, dog walkers, and bicyclists — as well as other motorists. While our community benefits from access-controlled entry, safety on our roadways depends on all of us driving responsibly and being mindful of our speed.

The following information also comes to us from the Palm Beach Gardens Police Department ─

E-Bikes & E-Scooters are on the rise in Palm Beach Gardens! The Palm Beach Gardens Police Department reminds the public to put safety first. Please read this City of Palm Beach Gardens article on E-Bike Safety.

To help ensure safety and compliance, each of our Eagleton communities has an agreement in place with the Palm Beach Gardens Police Department, allowing officers to patrol our streets and issue summonses to violators. Officers are frequently seen monitoring traffic on General Drive and Championship Drive, reinforcing the importance of responsible driving. Many residents, guests, and contractors have already had direct encounters with law enforcement while traveling through our community.

We urge all drivers to be more aware of their speed and surroundings. Slow down, follow the rules, watch for pedestrians and bicyclists and help keep Eagleton's roadways safe for everyone.
