Employment Tribunal Fees & Awards

From 29 July 2013 Claimants will have to pay a fee to bring a claim in the Employment Tribunal otherwise their claim won't proceed. If the claim is about straight forward issues such as the employer failing to pay wages or notice pay, the Claimant will have to pay £160 to the tribunal before the claim can commence. Read More>
