Welcome from the Director

In Mark 12:29-31, Jesus mentions the greatest commandment; that we should love the Lord with all our heart, soul, mind and strength; and love our neighbors as ourselves. In this verse, Jesus affirms the listeners that it’s important to love God, love others and love yourself. Jesus included each one of these elements for a reason. Loving God is where we draw our strength and how we acknowledge the sovereignty of our Creator. As God pours into us, we grow into the person God wants us to be, and from that person comes an abundance of God’s love that we spread to others. If we miss one element, love for God, others, or self, we may find it very hard to simply function every day.

I’m excited about Cruise With a Mission 2012 because it captures the elements of the greatest commandment. The worship renews us. The mission work grounds us. New friends and old friends revive us and finding time and space to play, pray, or simply “be” refreshes us.

We’re less than 6 months away from being together. I encourage you to pray for Cruise With a Mission, its leadership, and all the aspects of what Cruise with a Mission is. I hope to see you on board. Below is some VERY important information that will help us ALL be together again on December 9!

Third and Fourth Free!

Currently those rooming together will receive no charge for the third and fourth person in a cabin!  For example, a cabin usually shared by 2 people at $649 each would reduce the cabin fee to just $433 each if you add a 3rd person.  Add one more and the rate is $325 each!  That's 50% off the normal cabin fee.  Everyone pays the registration fee and taxes and port fees still apply. Think of this as a great discount on your food and lodging. So if you don't mind sharing, your cost for coming can go way down.  Space is limited and rates are subject to change at any time.
