| Mike joined Empire in 2007 after receiving his MBA from the Simon School at the University of Rochester. Mike is a leader in the Rochester office in the areas of financial reporting, mark-to-market valuation, and the valuation of entities with complex capital structures. He plays a key mentoring role in the Rochester office concerning these technical areas, bidding on new work, and developing and managing client relationships.
Jon has been with Empire since 2007. He received his MBA from New York University and holds both the ASA and CFA credentials. Jon is past President of the NYC ASA chapter, and is a frequent speaker at events including ASA's national conference. He also assisted the Contingent Consideration working group for the Appraisal Foundation. He is an invaluable resource with regard to the most advanced technical issues on valuations.
