LifeStream Names Director of Employment and Staff Development

LifeStream, Inc. has named Rhonda Baptiste as Director of Employment and Staff Development. Prior to her recent appointment, Baptiste served as the Chief Operating Officer and Regional Director of Operations for The Kids’ Place in Wilbraham, Massachusetts.

In her new position, Baptiste will be responsible for all human resource and staff development responsibilities, including employee relations, recruiting, benefits, compensation, and training, as well as other duties.

A resident of Rochester, Massachusetts, Baptiste received both her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and her MBA at the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth. Previous work experience includes Massachusetts Director of Operations at The Children’s Workshop, and Child Care Director at the YMCA of Greater Fall River.

LifeStream, founded in 1976, has an operating budget of $21 million and is funded primarily by government agencies at the federal and state levels. The organization’s core human services include: Residential Services; Day Support Services; Community and Family Support Services; Employment and Training; and Clinical Services.
