Political consensus on the Stockholm Life effort

During a breakfast seminar, where among others Chris Heister, Sten Nordin, Torbjörn Rosdahl and Pehr Granfalk participated, a massive support for the effort to build a life science cluster in Stockholm was expressed. Stockholm Life, the largest commercial real estate development in Scandinavia, comprises half a million square meters and will make room for some 28 000 work places.

INDIA: Partners for Innovation

On February 16th Dr. Carani Sanjeevi held a seminar during which he taught the audience how India is one of the fastest growing developing economies in the world with a growth rate of 7% to 9% within the past 3 to 4 years. Indian pharma and biotech companies are expanding and Sweden has increased its efforts to attract the attention of Indian pharma and biotech companies and this has yielded dividends in the form of increased investments and partnerships. The seminar stressed the opportunities for Swedish companies available in India and how they can take advantage of those for the benefit of their companies. Exhibition: NKS Showroom

The exhibition of the New Karolinska Solna opened on January 20th 2012. The exhibition demonstrate different modules and what the future hospital will look when completed in 2017. The new Karolinska Solna will be the most environmentally friendly and technologically advanced University hospital in the world.
