Bread and Jam - of course

Edgeward grows up

As we celebrate our 6th year in business it's time to announce some exciting changes that I hope you'll agree will benefit you as much as it does us!

Our primary goal when we first left the comforts of Corporate to go it alone in the big bad world of business was to disrupt the digital industry by eliminating all of the normal costs of running an agency. So we set out to visit clients, find out what they needed and then deliver solutions to them without adding on costs for our offices, staff and yachts!

We now have over 160 clients providing services from website hosting to email marketing, search and PPC, web and mobile applications through to print and graphic design.

Our small lean team needed to grow and I spent most of last year looking for ways to do just that.

So it gives me great pleasure to announce that we have gladly become part of Jam, a company formed in 1977, who provide telephone answering services to their clients.

As part of that change we are rebranding the business to be more in-line with our parent company, so Edgeward has become Bread Digital...(you can see what we did there I'm sure!)

Bread rises - or what does this mean for you?

I had to get some bread references in somewhere!

We now have the infrastructure that will allow us to grow and continue to support your business moving forward in a far more effective manner.

We have a dedicated support team in our offices in Borehamwood (address below) with the accounts and project management team being headed up by Lauren and Jo. The technical team is headed up by Scott and Sarah. I'm sure you'll hear from them all at some point in the not too distant future.

Our portfolio of services remains the same, we can of course now offer telephone answering services too should you ever run campaigns that need telephone support, emergency callout services that need a 24hr UK based telephone support service.

Invoicing for projects, hosting, web maintenance etc will now come from Bread Digital so please be aware of the change in bank accounts, email addresses etc I'm sure Gale will make sure you're all aware of the changes on that side of things!

In summary this is a fantastic move for all of us and I hope you'll be satisfied with our improved service levels over the coming months and years.
