Do you trade with the UK?

If you trade with the UK, you need to act now to avoid delays in importing goods from the UK .

Your business will need an EORI (Economic Operators Registration Identification) number which is an important first step in being ready for Brexit.

You can check if you were automatically registered for EORI by accessing the Economic Operator Identification and Registration system. You should insert your existing VAT number prefixed by “IE” under “Validate EORI numbers”.

Central register of beneficial owners - deadline 22nd November

From 22nd June 2019 all corporate and legal entities are required to hold adequate, accurate and current information on their beneficial owner(s) in the Central Register of Beneficial Ownership of Companies and Industrial and Provident Societies (RBO).

Companies and Societies have until Friday 22nd November 2019 to file their data with the RBO without being in breach of their statutory duty to file.
