Monthly Meeting - Thursday, April 11, 2013
Paul Henry will be our guest speaker at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 11th at the Taylor Building located at 128 SW Birley Ave. in Lake City. Paul has been lobbying tirelessly in Tallahasse regarding the issues that threaten our liberty. His main two issues have been REAL ID and the Red Light Cameras. Paul will be bringing us up-to-date information on the legislation in Tallahassee and explaining his lobbying efforts and what it takes for him and John Hallman to do what they do in Tallahassee to help keep us updated on all that is going on. Without the information that they have passed on to us this session, it would have been very hard to try to keep up
with the legislation that is being debated and passed this session. When you have a 60 day session, things can happen very quickly and we need someone there who can watch what is going on!
We will have copies of the American Patriot Newspaper, tickets for our gun raffle, an update on the County Commissions, and other information that will help you keep up with what is going on. Please make an effort to attend this meeting. Invite your family and friends. We need more and more people to get involved to help us make a difference in our country!

Suwannee County Commission News
The Suwannee County Commission meets at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 16th. An item on their agenda is discussing (and voting on) beginning their meetings at a later time so that citizens can become more involved. Currently one meeting begins at 9:00 a.m. and the other at 4:00 p.m. These times make it very hard for the person who works tradtional (8 - 5) hours to attend and have input into what is going on with county government.
The Suwannee County Commission is making some big decisions on expenditures for the Catalyst Site which will house Klausner Lumber and other industry. Change is most easily made closest to home and we all need to be involved with our local governments.
If you are interested in the meeting times being changed, please come to the meeting on Tuesday. If you cannot come, please call your commissioner and let him know you would like to see the change! They meet at the Judicial Annex Building, 218 Parshley Street SW in Live Oak.
