Maizy Boosin, a 12 year old with Celiac Disease, won this season's Chopped Jr. on the Food Network. "Maizy said, “When I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease, there were lots of foods that I couldn't eat anymore. So that's when I started getting into cooking and baking. So now I am such an adventurous eater.” What a positive attitude!  She even donated a portion of her winnings to the National Celiac Disease Foundation. Congratulations Maizy!
