FOCUS ON INDIA 2024 - EVENT INFORMATION

WORKSHOP EVENT

Sydney Cricket Ground
Driver Avenue, Moore Park
(Access via gate E).

Time:
8:00am: Seller bump in
9:15am: Buyer arrivals
9:30am: Event commences
10:40am: Morning tea break
1:15pm: Lunch at Members Pavillion
4:55pm: Event concludes
Deliveries: You may send collateral or other items to the SCG the day prior to the event. Please the Delivery Form to all items.
Appointments: 36 x 9-minute appointments
You will be allocated a small table (183cm x 76cm) to theme and conduct your appointments.
- Table theming items may include iPad/tablet, table-top brochure rack, tent card or laptop, table decor and small giveaways such as pens, USB keys or stress balls.
- Note: Any food and beverages brought onsite must be for display purposes only and must not be opened or consumed.
- Pull up banners are not permitted.
GALA DINNER EVENT

Yallamundi Rooms
Sydney Opera House
Bennelong Point.
Parking and transport info.
Access to Yallamundi Rooms is via the Northern Boardwalk, walk around the outside of the Opera House.
Time: 6:30pm - 10:30pm
Dress: Smart / Business attire
The evening will include dinner, drinks, entertainment, and a prize giveaway for the Indian agents.
