Hurrah! Olly's new book Fizz is out today!

Fizz has already reached No.1 in Amazon's best sellers list huzzah! and is now available to buy online and in all good bookshops.

This book is all about sharing fun flavours for any occasion with Olly's 80 simple cocktail and mocktail recipes with one thing in common: fizz.

Every drink is united by its exciting use of sparkles, from champagne, cava, cider and prosecco, beer to soda, ginger ale, English sparkling wine, tonic and more.

From the delicate elderflower and orange blossom Free Fizz to the dangerously drinkable, disco-friendly Rebujito – or perhaps the English Sparkle with sparkling wine and rhubarb takes your fancy? There’s a moreish mocktail or a potent punch for everyone.

Thanks to Ebury Publishing for all their hard work and stunning photography on the book and most importantly big thanks to you for pre-ordering and helping Fizz get to number one! Here's to you!

Now time to get your drinks cabinet cocktail-ready with these Hot Bottle recommendations for all things fizzy:

HOT BOTTLES

Hot Bottle English Sparkling:

Hambledon Première Cuvée NV (12%) Waitrose, £42. Thrilling sharply defined summer fruit flavours from this Hampshire vineyard. Slices through a celebration like an everlasting lemony sabre with moreish magic.

Hot Bottle Tonic:

Franklin & Sons Rhubarb & Hibiscus Tonic Water, Britishcornershop.co.uk, £1.03.  A delicious hit of tangy rhubarb and hibiscus which adds a pretty pink hue to spiced gins or my rum based Spiced Rhubarb Tonic in Fizz.

Hot Bottle Cava:

The Best Vintage Cava 2015 (12%) Morrisons on offer £7.50. Vintage fizz with change from a tenner, quality kit for an impromptu celebration.

Hot Bottle Crémant

Exquisite Collection Crémant du Jura (12%) Aldi, £8.29. Unbeatable quality for the price of these beautiful bubbles.

Hot Bottle Ginger Ale:

Fever Tree Refreshingly Light Ginger Ale Sainsbury's & widely available, (500ml), £1.70.  The taste has a perfect spicy kick with a long aftertaste - very tingly and a palate revitaliser.

Hot Bottle No Alcohol Fizzy Wine:

Bees Knees Sparkling Alcohol Free Ocado, £3.99 or 2 for £5.50. Easily my favourite non-alcoholic bubbly on the market and a bargain too. Superb.

Fizz is available to purchase now from: WaterstonesAmazon and good bookshops!
