Reclinata Circle Paver Replacement Set to Kick Off On September 11th!
We are thrilled to share news about an upcoming project that will further enhance our Eagleton community.
Over the span of several months, the Board has diligently undertaken a comprehensive process to ensure the selection of the most suitable paver company for this project. During this time, the Board sought bids from four local paver companies, meticulously evaluating each submission. Further, we conducted thorough interviews with the proprietors of these companies, aiming to gain insights into their expertise and approach.
The review of these bids was exhaustive, and the subsequent negotiations for the contract were conducted with careful consideration. After this extensive evaluation, we secured a contract with Triple M Brick Pavers, Inc., a reputable Jupiter-based company. We believe that the terms of the contract reflect a fair and balanced cost for the quality of service to be rendered.
In our pursuit of selecting the right contractor, the Board also examined Triple M's completed projects, notably the work they performed at the Bayhill Estates community on Northlake Boulevard. The craftsmanship evident in their completed projects aligned with our standards for excellence, reinforcing our confidence in the selection.
Moreover, Triple M Brick Pavers, Inc. stands behind their workmanship with a 10 year guarantee and the pavers being installed carry a 25-year guarantee, indicative of their durability and longevity. This commitment to quality and assurance further solidified our decision to partner with Triple M.
The "Paver Project" for the Reclinata Circle area is scheduled to begin on September 11th and is projected to last between 6 to 8 weeks, unless unforeseen disruptions like hurricanes or adverse weather events occur. The initial focus will be on Area 1, specifically the segment that links General Drive to Championship Drive on the southbound/exiting side.
The new layout will feature a stylish herringbone pattern created with solid colored pavers that are similar in hue to the existing ones. It's important to note that the current pavers have significantly faded due to over 30 years of constant exposure to the intense Florida sun. For safety and aesthetic purposes the edges of the roadway, along the inner and outer curbs, two lines of pavers in a contrasting color will be used.

While this project represents an exciting stride towards elevating the safety and visual charm of our community, we acknowledge that it may result in minor inconveniences throughout its course. As the construction advances across various areas, we'll provide updates on how traffic patterns will be influenced in those areas. The contractor will make every effort to reduce disruptions and holdups, guaranteeing your daily ingress and egress from the community remain as seamless as possible.
To safeguard all individuals involved - residents, visitors, delivery personnel, and workers - the contractor will implement traffic diversion devices and assign flaggers. These precautions are intended to facilitate secure traffic movement during both construction hours and overnight. Your caution in maneuvering through the impacted areas will be greatly appreciated. Your slow and cautious approach will not only safeguard your own safety but also contribute to the safety of fellow residents, visitors, and the workers enhancing our roadways.
We sincerely value your patience and backing throughout the now complete paving project, and we look forward to the same as we embark on the paver project. As we collaboratively strive to elevate our community, let's bear in mind the lasting advantages these enhancements will bestow upon our property values. If you have any inquiries or questions, please don't hesitate to contact our resident services manager, Ms. Hilda Matthew, at (561) 625-8588.
The Reclinata Circle Paver Project is a continuation of our persistent endeavors to establish a safer and aesthetically enhanced atmosphere within our community. Complementing the recently finished repaving of General Drive, these undertakings are geared towards maintaining Eagleton's reputation as a premier community we can all confidently identify as our cherished home.
Thank you for your cooperation, understanding, and dedication to making Eagleton at PGA National an exceptional place to live.
