Kindergarten eNews

We hope everyone will have a fun and restful spring break.  We are excited to study about the Easter season and what our Savior did for us when we return.

• Unit Study: Easter
• Show and Tell:  Bring a plastic egg with something inside that tells about the Easter story.
• Bible: We will continue our study of the Life of Christ focusing on His crucifixion, death, and resurrection.
• Bible Verse:  Matthew 6:13b:  For Yours is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory forever. Amen.
• Reading:   We will introduce special sounds squ- in squeak and str- in stream.  We will continue working in our reading groups, practicing long and short vowels, and sight words.
• Math:  We will continue with addition and subtraction along with finding missing numbers.

• March 29:  Easter Chapel at 8:30 in the Worship Center
• March 30:  Good Friday-NO SCHOOL
• April 9-13:  Terra Nova Testing
• May 16:  Mother’s Day Tea
