Reclinata Circle Project AREA 4

As I am sure most homeowners know, we are nearing the completion of the Reclinata Circle paver project! Area 4 is the westbound lane of General Drive as you head toward Grand Cay, Augusta Point and Pinehurst.

All other traffic areas are reopened as they were before the work began.

There are only two more areas, after Area 4, to be completed! One final small section near the Pinehurst community and then the pavers on both side of the Eagleton gatehouse on Championship Drive.

Project Timeline: The renovation project was initially estimated to take between 6 to 8 weeks for completion... and we are very hopeful to have this entire project completed in that timeframe.

Traffic Rerouting - Area 4: We will continue to implement traffic rerouting as the workers embark on the removal of old pavers and the installation of new ones. Currently this one area is the only Area affecting traffic flow.

Area 4 Renovations:

Traffic Control: To facilitate the ongoing construction, the contractor will continue to deploy traffic diversion equipment such as cones and barricades during working hours. Outside of working hours, these traffic diversion devices will remain in place for safety reasons. We need your full cooperation with the traffic diversion devices and urge all residents and visitors to consistently adhere to the change in traffic pattern.

Expect Delays: We understand that this project may cause some temporary delays and restrictions in traffic flow. However, these measures are necessary to complete the work efficiently and, most importantly, safely.

Your Cooperation: We greatly appreciate your cooperation and understanding during this renovation project. Your patience and adherence to traffic guidelines will contribute to the successful and swift completion of the project.

Traffic rerouting during Area 5 of the project as well as at the gatehouse will be advised before they begin.

We understand that community projects like this can be inconveniencing at times, but they are essential to maintaining the high standards of our community. We thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding this project, please do not hesitate to reach out to our United Community Management team, Constance or Hilda, at - (866) 473-2573

Thank you for being valued members of the Eagleton community.
