Barnard College Construction Update - April 28, 2016

Dear Neighbor,

Work continues this week on the demolition of Lehman Hall and thanks to a stretch of nice weather, we’ve been able to stay on schedule.

Beginning next Tuesday, we will cease noisy construction work for almost two weeks as we move into reading week, final exams and commencement. Work will continue on the site, but it will be limited to operations that do not generate loud noises.

Look-Ahead

Construction Schedule:

• Monday, May 2 – regular construction from 8 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
• Tuesday, May 3 through Thursday, May 5 – non-noisy construction from 8 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
• Friday, May 6 – non-noisy construction from 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
• Saturday, May 7 – non-noisy construction from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
• Monday, May 9 through Thursday, May 12– non-noisy construction from 8 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
• Friday, May 13 – regular construction from 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
• Saturday, May 14 – non-noisy construction from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
• Monday, May 16 – regular construction from 8 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
• Tuesday, May 17– non-noisy construction from 8 a.m. – 6:30 p.m
