Dear Part-time faculty colleague,

As Thanksgiving week approaches, I am thankful for the opportunity to embrace not only having a job, but the opportunity to increase awareness of part-time faculty needs, challenges, and highlight our accomplishments. Our attention and participation in the 2015 Climate Survey has great abilities to reveal data and compelling responses on the climate we work within. It’s not enough to simply complete the survey, but rather respond with your valid thoughts and concerns. I hope that this survey combats our challenges and opens the door for future change within the University climate. As you end your week, please take the time to participate in the 2015 Climate Survey if you have not already done so (using your personal link as an opportunity to enter for PRIZES!!!) Remember that participation and collaboration will create the positive change many of us are seeking.
