We are pleased to announce that Volume 63, Issue 2 of The Military Law and the Law of War Review / Revue de Droit Militaire et de Droit de la Guerre (MLLWR) is now available in print and via Elgaronline.

Global insecurity appears to be peaking, with a significant number of ongoing armed conflicts and threats of further military escalation in various corners of the globe. In this time of challenge, this review continues its mission to serve as a forum for practitioners and scholars alike to discuss broader issues relating to the law of armed conflict, the law on the use of force, human rights law, international criminal law and military law. It is inspired by the belief that the law matters, and is a force of restraint, and can be used to promote international cooperation, stability, and even, at least in some cases, justice. In line with this (modest) ambition, we are pleased to again present you a rich and diverse issue of the Military Law and Law of War Review, touching upon topics ranging from export control to the use of battlefield evidence in criminal investigations, or the legal restrictions applicable to jamming and spoofing during armed conflict.

We hope you enjoy reading this issue!

Magda Pacholska, Tom Ruys & Vaios Koutroulis
