Linked below is the August 2017 State-by-State Shipments to Wholesalers Report. Please note changes to historical volumes as some state totals may have changed with newly released state-level data.
Below are some key points from the report:

Beer shipment volume decreased by 3.4% in August 2017 on the same number of selling days compared to August 2016.

Beer shipment volume is now down 1.4% year-to-date through August and down 1.5% over the last 12 months.

Hurricane Harvey severely impacted August's beer shipment volume. Shipment trends in Texas and Louisiana each showed double-digit declines during August. Although we don’t have shipment data below the state level, depletions data shows severe declines in coastal Texas and Louisiana.

Distributor inventory levels were also affected. Depletions outpaced shipments by a wide margin in August, especially in Texas and Louisiana, which were hardest hit by Harvey.

On net, the data suggests that distributor inventories ended the month of August at below-normal levels.
