Welcome to our first Peterborough Music Hub newsletter

Our aim is to bring you news each term of what we’ve been doing, as well as notice of upcoming activities and events.  We hope that you will find it interesting and informative but we’d welcome your thoughts and feedback as to what you’d like to see in future issues.

LIVE MUSIC IN SCHOOLS

We've been lucky to have two groups visit Peterborough in recent weeks to perform for school audiences!  Northamptonshire String Recital Group shared an ecletic repertoire for primary schools and DeNote Ensemble explored the soundworld of period instruments and Mozart Chamber Music.

SINGING DAYS

Following the success of last year's singing days theme around WW1 songs and Rock 'n' Roll, we held our latest 'Broadway Experience' singing days for primary KS2 just before Easter and we're already organising the next event in November which will focus on 'Big Band' music...
