In an effort to serve you better, we are releasing several enhancements and updates to SLIP, our online compliance portal.

These updates will be released next week.

NEW Terms & Conditions

Upon login all users will be instructed to accept the updated SLIP Terms and Conditions before moving on to any other activities within SLIP.

Users that file through the Batch system will be asked to accept an additional set of updated Terms and Conditions. 

Preview the updated Terms and Conditions by visiting the Help menu in SLIP.

Enhanced Policy Page View

Premium Display

The total premium amount for the policy will show in the top right corner of the transaction list, making finding your totals quick and easy.

The total excludes transactions that were previously backed out. 

Transaction Sorting

The transaction grid will have sorting capabilities based on the column headers. Simply click the column header to sort the data.

Reverse the sort by clicking the same column header again.

Printing Options

Payment Confirmation Reprint

Users will have an option in the View Payment History area to reprint payment confirmation pages. 

Click on the payment number and a window will pop up with the confirmation information.

Pop-up blocker widgets must be turned off in order for the payment confirmation window to appear.

Single Transactions

There will be a PRINT icon next to each transaction, allowing users to print individual transactions.

Documentation Options

These enhancements pertain specifically to Return Premium and Cancellation transactions.

Drag & Drop

Users will be able to easily upload documentation by dragging the file from their PC and dropping it into the Supporting Documentation box.

Document Deletion

Users will be able to delete documentation by clicking the file in the Supporting Documentation box and clicking the Remove File button.

Once a transaction has been submitted, corresponding documentation cannot be deleted electronically. To delete supporting documentation after a transaction has been submitted, please contact Agent Services at agent.services@fslso.com or (800) 562-4496, option 1.
