Click here Barnard College Update - Thursday, March 23, 2017Dear Claremont resident: As we all wait for warmer weather to actually arrive, we wanted to update you the progress of The Milstein Center’s steel erection phase. We are about finished with the structure of the podium and will continue working on the tower structure over the next few weeks. We plan on pouring concrete for the second floor tomorrow (Friday, March 24) so expect an increase in traffic along Claremont as the concrete trucks come to the site. In addition, we expect the masons will be working into the evening, finishing the concrete and making certain it is level and smooth. Additional workers will remain onsite overnight to monitor the heaters that help cure the concrete. We will have tarps covering these areas that should help mask the lighting and activity, but we did want to share with you that workers will remain onsite tomorrow during the evening and overnight hours. Schedule The schedule continues to be Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. and Saturdays, 9 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Questions?
