Now Offering Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation!

Our program offers both women and men highly effective treatment for a variety of pelvic floor issues. Our comprehensive program is individualized and involves observing how your body utilizes the pelvic floor muscles along with the core stabilizers of the trunk. The pelvic floor muscles may be weak or may have improper coordination leading to impaired bowel and bladder function. In most cases of pelvic pain, the pelvic floor muscles have a difficult time relaxing. This continual tension creates pressure on the soft tissue, vascular and neurological structures in and around the pelvic floor creating your pain.

During Treatment, Our Therapists Will Work To:

  • Relax the pelvic floor muscles, using a variety of techniques
  • Stretch tight tissues to relieve symptoms
  • Evaluate and correct how the body is over or under-utilizing the pelvic floor and related muscle groups
  • Pelvic floor muscle strengthening
  • Return the core muscles to normal patterns of activation and relaxation
  • Normalize bowel and bladder habits and function

  • Stress and Urge Incontinence
  • Chronic Pelvic Pain
