Editor's note

Hi and welcome to your December e-newsletter. As you can guess it's been an eventful but very positive month. We have been busy in national, regional and local media welcoming the new NICE guidance into smoking in secondary care settings and of course welcoming the Government’s decision to carry out an evidence review of standardised packaging. There is of course a long way to go, but we wanted to thank each and everyone at this stage for your continued support to make smoking history.

Also, smoking in cars carrying children has been in the headlines this month. We have produced a short film in partnership with the British Lung Foundation to highlight this issue which we are due to release early next week. We will be in touch with more info.

Merry Christmas and a happy new year from everyone at TFF.
