As this year's Regional CONNECT conferences came to a close, MASC/MAHS Student Leadership is proud to say that together we were able to facilitate successful events for over 60 schools, and over 1,250 students from all across Michigan. These events provided students with the unique opportunity to collaborate, learn and work together to ultimately bring these concepts back to their schools. Read more here!

With States closing in quickly, remind your students that this is also the time to apply to be on the Board of Delegates. This is a wonderful opportunity for students to work collaboratively with fellow leaders from across the state. The Board of Delegates works under the direct supervision of MASC/MAHS Student Leadership staff and fellow advisers, shaping the landscape of leadership events and activities for students across Michigan. If you would have asked me five years ago if I would ever host a Regional CONNECT Conference, I would have said, "I would like to, but I don’t think I could pull it off." The University of Michigan, Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) Division is excited to offer a computer camp this summer called MiBytes. MiBytes is a non-residential summer camp and is open to any high school student or 2014 high school graduate. They will learn about computer science in a fun and engaging way!
