Paula Williams MadisonPaula is Executive Producer of the documentary “Finding Samuel Lowe: From Harlem to China,” which follows her search for her maternal grandfather’s 300+ descendants in Shenzhen and Guangzhou, China. Her 2015 memoir, “Finding Samuel Lowe: China, Jamaica, Harlem” was published here by HarperCollins and in China by Shenzhen Publishing.

William Tam, CPAWilliam serves as CPC’s Board Secretary and CPCHAP Holdings Board Chair and is a partner of a CPA firm. He specializes in not-for-profit auditing with over 30 years of experience. He received his BBA from Pace University and MBA from New York University. He has been very active in the Chinese community for many years and continues to give back to the community with his professional expertise.

CPC Community Health ServicesCPC’s Community Health Services (CHS) enriches community members’ lives through health programs and services that educate, inspire and empower healthy outcomes. CHS is a comprehensive resource for our community, including prevention services through outreach, education/awareness, health advocacy, community networking, as well as the provision of referrals and linkage to care to improve health outcomes to individuals infected or affected by HIV/AIDS.
