Bring It On: A Class for 8th Graders
Starting this Sunday, May 19th, we will be kicking off Bring It On, a class for 8th grade students to prepare them for the trials and temptations of high school through biblical instruction, relationships, and fun! Regardless of schooling, this is a pivotal transition in the life of any teenager; this opportunity should not be missed! There will be four sessions on "fitting in", purity, power of words, and forming good habits. The students will hear from high school pastors, youth leaders, Reality staff, and current high school students. The class is free with lunch included. No registration required, simply show up. Here is a video that gives more of the vision for the class.
Dates: May 19th, May 26th, June 2nd, and June 9th (all Sundays) |

VBS Volunteer Meeting
Come join the VBS team as we look forward to bringing kids closer to Jesus! If you have a heart for sharing Jesus with kids in a fun and interactive way, come hear more about the vision and serving opportunities!

Prayer for the Coastlands
Join us Monday, May 20th, from 7pm to 8:15pm for Prayer for the Coastlands at the Santa Barbara Offices and Ventura Campus. This monthly prayer meeting is dedicated to praying for our local communities and for the glory of Christ in our coastlands. Come participate through prayer and worship in what God is doing in the spiritual and physical landscape of our cities. |

This Sunday, Realidad will celebrate our first baptism! The baptism will take place right after the 12pm Realidad gathering at Carpinteria State Beach. |

MIssionary Introduction: Kaylee
This Sunday, on the Santa Barbara Campus, we have the blessing of introducing Kaylee, who is preparing to return to the Middle East in July for long-term ministry. Kaylee has been ministering to college students mostly from a Muslim background for the past couple years and after taking this past year to raise support and receive more training, she is excited to return for a long-term commitment. Jesus said, "the harvest is plentiful but the laborers are few," so we are rejoicing in her call and obedience to serve God in an area of the world where many do not know Jesus. Please pray for Kaylee to be kept in perfect peace as she prepares to leave. Kaylee will be available at the mission booth at the Santa Barbara campus this Sunday. |

J•High Summer Camp Watercraft Needed!
J•High Summer camp is June 20th - 23rd and we watercraft! Can you we borrow yours? We are specifically looking for boats, seated jet-skis and kayaks. We have several experienced boat drivers, jet-ski drivers, and kayakers that will be overseeing and attending to the kids in the water.
