This has been an exciting year for us - we’ve met some really inspiring people and collaborated with amazing clients to create work we’re proud to show you. Here’s a snapshot of the last 12 months – if you see anything you like, or want to get involved, we’d love to hear from you.

Please also note our studio is closing for the Christmas period from 21st December, returning 4th January.

New work

Very Own Studio recently launched a new website for international design practice Conran and Partners. We created a clean, responsive website that puts the work of the practice at it’s heart. We’ve received great feedback on the project and big thanks to everyone involved.

Elsewhere in the built environment, we’ve been engaging communities at Convoys Wharf, pointing South East Ayr in the right direction, and most recently we had a lot of fun creating an identity for a design event hosted by innovative property developer First Base.

Our work with the start-up community has continued apace with new projects for our longstanding client Shootcase and Four4 Consultants.

Keep an eye on our portfolio for new work with the Hunger and Nutrition Commitment Index – we’ve been learning a lot from them about the world we live in and look forward to sharing this with you soon.

We’re delighted to tell you that  Amaze Brighton is our nominated charity for 2016. Amaze offer invaluable support to families of children with special educational needs and disabilities. Find out more about their work here and we’ll be in touch again soon with details of our first initiative.

Out and about

We began this year celebrating Very Own Studio’s sixth birthday and joining the exclusive Design Business Association and as our little team has grown, we’ve had the chance to get out and about more. From London Design Festival to Brighton Chamber events, from Glug to TEDX Brighton and D&D New Blood… we’ve even been spotted lecturing at Sussex University. New adventures await in 2016, so keep an eye on our blog and social media and we’ll see you out there!
