Please submit the following form to complete your registration. We ask that one form is filled out for each person coming from your organization.

If you have not made your hotel reservations, please make your reservation with Orchard Street Hotel by Friday, October 18, 2019.

The special rate for the conference is $179 per night. Breakfast and wifi are included.

The hotel rate is only valid for Sunday night (November 10) to Tuesday night (November 12) with checkout on Wednesday morning.

Taxes are exempt if you reserve through the CPC hotel room block. This can be done through email or calling the hotel directly. A tax-exempt form (ST-119) from your organization is needed when you check in. Please bring one for each person.

The conference theme is "From Wall Street to Main Street: Civic Engagement in Changing Times." The Chinese community is being activated around the U.S. and in different countries, playing a key role in effecting change. From youth to seniors, Chinese communities are engaging on a range of issues, including Census 2020 and gentrification in the U.S. as well as democracy and sovereignty abroad. During the conference, we look forward to exploring how civic engagement is impacting Chinese social service organizations and the community members we serve.
