YUP, we're bringing the whole damn team .. heading to NYC for a night of unorthadox wine and food pairings meant to answer the question.. What comes first the gamay or the dry-aged ribeye?
We've endeavored to shake up the traditional and look at a meal from a wines point of view. We started by having Liz (wine sage) choose 5 of her favorite funky wines and put it to the Chefs (Robert, Andrew + Tony) to come up with some tasty suprises.. We think they've nailed it!
Join us next Thursday night and have a glass, followed closely by a bite or two and see if this thing works as well as we think it does..
