We've developed a process to manage these requests and by providing us with this information we can update our core records. One benefit of this is that we can send our staff to the correct location should a desk side visit be required. Upgrade to Mac OS Sierra now availableITS would like to invite staff who are running the Mac OS operating system on their Massey owned computer that the upgrade to Mac OS Sierra is now available. Compatibility issues previously identified have now been resolved. The main issue we encountered with Sierra is the VPN connectivity. We've packaged a VPN client for use by Staff whilst out of the office. If you have a Massey owned Mac computer we've packaged the VPN client and made this available via Casper. Beware of the sophisticated Gmail scamA sophisticated email scam targeting Gmail users has been in the news recently. This scam has been fraudulently targeting Gmail users into divulging their login details. ITS recommends that you do not open emails from unknown recipients or if you receive an email with an attachment from a known recipient, check with them that they actually are sending the attachment.
