The Heat is On!

Those present last Sunday know that we had a problem with the HVAC system.  Again, we apologize for the problem and thank you for your perseverance.  We are pleased to report that HVAC system had been repaired just in time for a mild winter weekend!  Even still - come Sunday and pack out the place as we worship together.

Sermon & Scripture for 01.29.12

Join us this Sunday for week 3 of our Extreme Makeover: Christian Edition sermon series.  Last week we learned that a certain amount of work is a good and joyful thing but that we must also give time and energy to relationships, care of the body, and rest.  The key is discerning a balance.  This Sunday we will turn to an evaluation of the key relationships in our lives.  We will read Ecclesiastes 4:7-12. We will study Jesus' relationship status and ask What is Your Relationship Status?  Just like we were made for work we were also made for relationship with others.  If your relationship status is not modeled after the example of Christ and you need some relationship advice, come Sunday and let us learn from the master - Jesus Christ.

Blessings and Peace,

Pastor Ben and Pastor Tawny

North Raleigh Ministries needs your help!

The NRM food pantry is critically low on spaghetti sauce and jelly.  A container for donations is located inside the Education building beside the Coke machine.  No glass, please.  Cans or plastic jars only.  Over 1,000 families in our North Raleigh community received food from NRM's food pantry in 2011.  Your help is greatly appreciated.
