What's Happening This Week

It's Coming!

In an effort to serve you better FSLSO is launching a new digital service.

Stay tuned for details.

NFIP Extended Again

For the fourth time this year Congress has kept the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) alive by extending it without any permanent fixes.

This extension will be in place through July 31.

Late last year the House passed legislation that would drastically overhaul the program, but it has since stalled in the Senate.

House Bill 1073 Signed Into Law

The Managing General Agent (MGA) license category has been eliminated and will now be an appointment on a general lines license. The duties and responsibilities of an MGA will remain the same.

Those currently holding an MGA license will not be affected.

Effective: July 1, 2018

Customer Outreach

In an effort to serve you better, we have begun an outreach program that we hope will further open the lines of communication with all customers.

You may be contacted in the near future by an FSLSO customer outreach team member.

If you would like to be included in this outreach program send an email to outreach@fslso.com.
