Opportunities for your school or youth club this Autumn term....

Hi !

With schools and youth clubs starting to settle into the New Normal, we want to tell you about some of the amazing opportunities for young people and your organisation this academic year...

Submit your Leader Award Grant application TODAY!

The Leader Award programme allows organisations that are successfully running the Achievement Award scheme to apply for a small grant of up to £750 to further enhance their work with young people.

As lockdown began in the middle of the spring round of our application process, we have made a couple of amendments to this round to give our groups the chance to make the most of this opportunity:

🌟 Leader Award winners that were approved from 1st March 2019, that have not applied for or had a grant approved in association with their leader award nomination are eligible to apply before 16th October 2020

🌟 The closing date for this round is October 16th to give you plenty of time to get your applications in

Do you want to be a Wallball School? Applications now OPEN!

We’re delighted to be launching the next phase of our wallball project, and we want your school to be part of it. We’re offering launch packages and funding for several schools to take up and develop wallball.

This highly inclusive sport sees young people playing by hitting a ball against a wall with their hands (you may already know it as handball or patball), and designing their own street art to decorate the walls.

Check out the video from the latest Jack Petchey Wallball Showdown
