Kindergarten eNews

There were so many animals which hibernate and migrate.  Thank you for helping your child find special animals to share with the class.  With the weather getting colder, we may want to hibernate or migrate.
As we move into the month of November, our classes will learn about the Native Americans, Pilgrims, Thanksgiving and focus on Psalm 100, reminding us who our creator is and that we should “give Him thanks and praise His name” in all that we do.

Next Week

  • Bible:  Continuing the stories of Moses
  • Bible Verse:  Psalm 100:3 “Know that the Lord, He is God; it is He that has made us, and not we ourselves.  We are His people, and the sheep of His pasture.”
  • Reading:  We will be working on plural words, sight words and our readers.
  • Math:  Counting and Writing to 39 and Addition Readiness
  • Show and Tell:  Create your own Indian name – choose two words that describe you and be ready to share why you chose that name. (Example: Soaring Eagle, Running Turtle, etc.)  Have fun with it!
