So, as Shakespeare said: “Once more unto the breach, dear friends, once more;” Henry V, Act-III, Scene-I. And what a 10th anniversary festival we have in store for you. Major festivals in both Launceston AND Hobart. Amazing films from around the world with new categories like Climate Action, The Choices We Make and Making Music, plus our old favourites of Our Stories and World Stories – and more! Of course, there will also be red carpet screenings, parties, art exhibitions, Kingsway Festival food and wine and BOFA fringe classics in unexpected settings! So, let’s start BOFA 2020 off with a bang with a Launch Party in Launceston. (Hobart details are being finalised right now). Come along and hear exactly what we have in store. "It's fun to try and disrupt a landscape prize by entering a hunk of meat into it," he said. BOFA applauds artists who see the world differently so we recommend you take a look. The 42 Finalists’ artworks are on display at the Falls Park Pavilion, Evandale until March 15th. Not to be missed. Come along and make up your own mind! ![]() |
