Dynacord triumphs at Oktoberfest

The largest tent at the Oktoberfest in Munich, the Schottenhamel, relied on a Cobra-4 compact line array system to provide sound reinforcement for its 10,000 revelers. “With the Cobra system we were able to provide a sophisticated sound reinforcement system delivering masses of sound pressure without overstepping the bounds,” says Michael Wittenzellner, MD of StereoMike Veranstaltungstechnik. Complementing the system were Dynacord CXM 15 monitors, amps as well as DSP controllers.

Dynacord live in Burkina Faso

Dynacord partner Datalinks relied on a Cobra-4 system as sound reinforcement for a recent reggae concert in Burkina Faso. Cobra-4 tops and Cobra-4 fars served as main PA while Electro-Voice EKX 115 loudspeakers were deployed as wedges.

Spreading the holy word

The evangelical St. Ansgari church in Hage is one of the oldest churches in East Frisia, Germany. Built in the 13th century, the house of worship has recently updated its sound reinforcement system with a Dynacord Vertical Array system. The sound solution – installed by Musikhaus Theesfeld – consists of two white TS 400 as main and two white TS 200 as delay loudspeakers, a PSE 215 subwoofer as well as DSA and PARAMUS amplifiers. The system is mixed and controlled by a PowerMate power mixer and a DSP 260 sound system processor with three Electro-Voice PolarChoice microphones and two EVID 4.2. loudspeakers for the chancel rounding of the installation.
