Click here Hi there, I’m sure we’ve all seen one of the digital transformation memes showing the coronavirus accepting its award for Most Effective Digital Transformation Leader 2020. While companies rushed to support staff to continue working during the enforced lockdowns, repeated surveys are confirming that the accelerated technology transformation is continuing – despite economic constraints and concerns – as local businesses seek to ‘flatten the curve’ of post-Covid impacts. IDC’s latest survey shows Australian organisations are rapidly transitioning through the post-Covid cycle as they head towards becoming a ‘future enterprise’ – aka a digital enterprise. Eighty-three percent of local companies surveyed say they’re adding new DX projects to their roadmap, with 31 percent ‘aggressively seeking out emerging technology’ to create market advantage. It’s a positive trend and one that requires companies to take informed risks – something that Australian businesses seem (at long last, it has to be said) keen to embrace. In other news this week:
