Research Update

 

Good afternoon,

Linked below is the Import-Export Report for March 2020.

Here are a few key findings:

  • Imports to the United States declined 5.0% for March 2020 compared to March 2019 but remain up 3.1% year-to-date.
  • Imports from Mexico declined 4.8% during this period but are still up 6.8% year-to-date
  • Imports from the Netherlands increased by 1.2% for March 2019 versus March 2020 and are now up 1.5% year to date
  • Non-alcohol (NA) imports increased by 37% in March 2020 versus March 2019. So far, for 2020, NA imports are up 112.2% from the Netherlands for the year compared to this point in 2019.

Please note that the numbers reflect updated information published by the Department of Commerce for 2017-2019.

  • June 4
  • July 2
  • August 5
  • September 3
  • October 6
  • November 4
  • December 4
